Midland Air Service Experts was delighted to volunteer with the Midlands Ride for Kids a few weeks ago. This marks the second year that Midland Air has participated in this remarkable event that benefits the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation, the leading nonprofit funding research into childhood brain tumors. The raised money funds free education resources, college scholarships for brain tumor survivors, and emergency financial aid for families.
Midland Air Service Experts contributed $1000 to this amazing cause and the nationwide event has collected over half-a-million dollars. Rebecca Jumper, Midland Air’s PLUS Maintenance Agreement Specialist, has been involved in the event since 2014 and her father’s riding group rides in the Midlands Ride for Kids every year.
“My dad’s motorcycle group rides every year because they can have fun and ride motorcycles, all for an amazing cause.” Take a look at Rebecca’s dad below with his 2016 rider:
The sweet motorcycle riders may do it for fun, but Midland Air Service Experts doesn’t have as many motorcycle riders. “We just do it because we love the kids,” said Rebecca.
Midland Air looks forward to being involved in their community and sponsoring wonderful events like the Midlands Ride for Kids. To read more about how you can get involved and support the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation, visit their site.
